Melanie Fulton-Ruiz is a highly specialized Aesthetic Nurse Injector who has well over fifteen years of experience in the industry, and is the Founder and President of her own Aesthetic Clinic, La Vraie Beauté, now located on Boerne’s Historic Main Street.  Melanie is also a Nurse Educator providing hands-on training for Physicians and Nurses in the use of Galderma’s range of products.   As a Nurse Educator for Laserscope, Iridex, and Fraxel, she has trained Physicians locally and internationally on numerous laser techniques.

Melanie has proven her expertise as the “natural look specialist” with her vast knowledge of available aesthetic treatments and skincare, making her one of the first nurses to provide cosmetic enhancement procedures. While working in the dermatological field, Melanie gained extensive knowledge in the use of fillers (i.e. Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Sculptra), neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), Lasers, Radio Frequency, Ultrasound, as well as Thread Lifts using PDO and PLLA threads.

While always looking for the latest non-invasive procedures that require as little downtime as possible, Melanie also continues her education, increasing her field of expertise.  La Vraie Beauté now offers Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy in an effort to help our patients look and feel their best.  Our team here at La Vraie Beauté is dedicated to developing long-term relationships with our patients.  We work very hard to make sure that each patient’s goals are understood and achieved with great success.
